The primary’s passive ability. Each physical attack struck has a chance to hinder the enemy from attacking that turn.

After learning the basic knowledge of how wind is created, you are capable of creating a slight breeze that can shake the leaves of trees near you. Through extended experimenting and practice, you are able to control the direction and speed of the wind around you, capable of stirring up dust or even moving small objects around the terrain. The breeze only lasts as long as you concentrate on creating it.

Novice: (Physical) attacks against enemies have an 8% chance of disturbing the enemy, making them lose out on their turn.
Proficient: (Physical) attacks against enemies have a 10% chance of disturbing the enemy, making them lose out on their turn.
