Before Spring 109

Everything Kiwi always wanted was an ordinary life in an ordinary family. But instead, they were missing one parent and the other one always got into a fight with Kiwi's brother, Papaya. Kiwi loved the stability and order Scarlet provided but most of the time it went against Pay's will. And Kiwi? Well, he was staying between the arguements, trying to brighten the situation with his upbeat personality and positive talk. He neither wanted to betray Pay or his mom.

There weren't a lot of memories of Serenity as a father figure left to hold on for little Kiwi. But the little he had he kept close. In the little kits dreams he always imagined how nice it would be to laugh while eating dinner or cuddling close into each other when going to sleep. It just felt so warm in his imagination that he always tried to force this in real life. Since Scarlet was a loving and caring parent and his brother was a little rebel, it was hard to get the harmony the kit hoped for. They were always two front crashing into each other.

Like this, they ventured on and on. Half a year at least went into account and snow covered the land with a freezing blanket. Moving from place to place, getting food where ever they could, Pay was the first one to feel this strange pull. Scarlet warned them that this may be their last path to walk together but Papaya and his mother for once were agreeing. There was a chance their ways would part forever and Kiwi wasn't sure if he was ready for this.
In the end, Kiwi agreed hesitantely.

So, at the start of spring, the three took off to follow said pull until they entered an area with totems towering over them.
There, they received new names and colorful markings on their frames.

Giving all of them a farewell Kiwi, now Valentine, walked towards Earth Tribe territory.

Spring 109

When Valentine arrived at Earth Tribe camp he was greeted by the whole clan sitting around, asking questions to a jaguar. Confused about this he just accepted the fact that this might be his life now. The Silver gave him a warm welcome and even told him she would take the young tom under the wings.

The White Earth learned eagerly with the instructions and knowledge of Yuna.

After his first gathering, Val tried to reuninte with his family, who should have attended the gathering. To his dismay, no one was to be found... Not his father, uncle, mother or brother. Instead, he met a sibling pair; Skadi and Spring I went... rather bad, as during the conversation Skadi made very clear that he wasn't welcomed. Suggesting to be nice to a stranger, like their father must've taught them, Spring ask him to stay. Why the blck tabby fell into rage was unknown to him as Skadi then ran away. Confused, Spring and Val looked at each other.

The calico chimera was rather shy like him but it felt good talking to someone his age who didn't just ignorehim.

And so, the season came and went by.

Summer 109

Summer was an ill-fated season. Several lives blossomed in the light of others, but on the other hand, Earth Tribe was repeatedly haunted by bad luck.
One of Astrophel and Peril's children was terminally ill after birth, but managed to recover.

It was shocking that as the summer progressed, happiness became stranger and stranger.
Cappy and Smore were attacked by a violent Green Light, who has been wanted ever since. And as if the unpleasant things would not end there, Momo disappeared. The calico cat didn't show up in the camp again and the soldiers were gathered to search the territory for him.

TW: Valentine developed Depression!

After the patrol returned, Valentine was shocked to find Momo badly mauled. Supporting the red cat made adjustments in the den of Red Earth, so that he could recover as comfortably as possible. A little later, after Val trained a little on the edge of the territory with his forces, he encountered a distraught female, a Purple Light tattoo on her forehead and heart. Tide said she was Momo's sister and wanted to see him as soon as possible. With her by his side, he could unite the siblings.

For Valentine, however, life among the tribe was arduous.... He did not connect or have emotional ties to any Tribe mates. While the most important thing to him was to have empathy for them, at some point it was difficult for him to maintain that energy.

And so he slowly fell into a hole... One that was dark and lonely. Motivation evaporated with each passing day and at some point even breathing was too much for him.

And it did not get better. One day Ari dragged Callahan back to camp, his body stiff and lifeless.The death of the Green Earth swallowed everything light.

Autumn 109

Valentine didn't really notice or care what happened in the tribes. His enthusiams has died to the lowest. It was only the sudden leave of Dawn that he seemed to have seen. The soldier was picked up by a Pink Fire and left again. ..

Just to, surprise, return with another dead body a few days later. Momo has passed from a basilisk that attacked Water Tribe.

And though his tattoo ate away the last inch of white Valentine couldn't feel much.

The other day a letter arrived, addressed to him. Scarlet, his mother, informed him that the life in the tribes wasn't hers and that she would stay close to the border if Val needed her. And so, without heart, always tired, he made his work day in, day out. He started to reconsider his life, if it was so intelligent to join those tribes in the first place...

Winter 109

The temperatures changed and cold, colorless days followed. Autumn gave way to winter. Not in the least did it feel like last year, when everything was still fine. Images of the past filled his dreams and his mind.

Until the pressure on his chest became too strong. Finally he had the courage to muster the strength he needed to talk to Yuna. He would first see if his mother was still in Shadow Tribe and.... take a break from Tribe life.

A brilliant Blue had faded to Gray, just like the season and its lack of light...

Valentine set off with the few things he owned to visit Shadow Tribe and see if he could catch is mother. Arriving there, the young tom had to learn Scarlet was already gone. Alert from the attack on another cat, he was asked to stay a little longer until the next patrol escorted him to the border.

What he did not expect was the to meet someone who was so sweet and lovely that he fell for her at first sight; Pink-White Void Crisalia. tba
